Byamana Sadath and Bikorimana Abdallah allegedly beat to death Hagenimana Ildephonse who they found having sex with Uwamahoro Asia the wife to Byamana.
Uwamahoro brought Byamana into her matrimonial bedroom with whom they had sex when they were found.
The Incident happened on Tuesday at Gacurabwenge in Byumba Sector.
Our reporter in the area said Hagenimana was severely beaten and later taken to Byumba hospital in critical condition then transferred to CHUK hospital in Kigali where he died shortly after.
Neighbours say that on the fateful day, Byamana was supposed to have escorted a sick relative to hospital. Its then that his wife Uwamahoro kept incquring from neighbours and friends whether realy her husband was away to the hospital.
Uwamahoro then invited her lover Hagenimana to come to her home saying that her husband was far away. The two are said to have been having a romantic affair.
Hagenimana quickly accepted the invitation from Uwamahoro and the two entered the bedroom. However, one of the children Uwihirwe Gibril saw a strange pair of shoes at the parents’ bedroom and notified the father using a phone.
Byamana on getting a tip off from the son quickly returned home and nabbed his wife having sex with her companion.
A bitter Byamana with the help of Bikorimana Abdallah his brother-in-law beat hagenimana until he was resued by neighbours and local authorities.
Byamana and hagenimana were both working together at Byumba hospital as drivers.
