Entry Into Rwanda Simplified for African Nationals

Rwanda has declared that effective January 1 all African nationals will be issued visa on arrival noting that this will boost trading among Rwandans and the rest of Africa.

The chief of the Directorate of Immigration and Emigration, Anaclet Kalibata has said this will facilitate Africa nationals to easily access Visa entry.

He added that many people were struggling to get access to internet in order to fill application for visa.

However on this move, People will receive their visas as soon as they reach any Immigration Office in Rwanda.

Kalibata added that also Applications on Internet are still working
This remarkable development is only trumped in Africa by the Seychelles, which requires no visa at all and thought to make a point, following the recent COMESA Summit in Kampala, where visa restrictions for travel within even COMESA was repeatedly criticized and countries urged to take immediate action to make it easier to travel across the region if not the continent.
