{President Paul Kagame has requested various government leaders to improve their performance towards great achievements.}
President Kagame made the call while closing the 13th leadership retreat held in Gabiro military training center in Gatsibo district.
“We have to take the first step towards the realization of our destiny. It will be attained through self engagement and collaborative efforts towards a common goal,” he said.
President Kagame also requested leaders to make a good use of their capacities for common interest.
“We only use 40% of our capacities and leave the remaining efforts in dormancy. We should summon all our efforts to good use. I would like to request you to maximize the usage of our capacities for the benefit of our nation,” he added.
President Kagame stressed that there is no need for leaders to wait for incessant reminders but should always plan and budget their time and resources to meet the national development aspirations.
