The Liberal Party (PL) has requested its members and Rwandans in general to vote with a ‘yes’ during the upcoming constitutional referendum to be held on 17th and 18th December, 2015.
In a press release, the vice president of PL, Donathile Mukabalisa said that the high council meeting of the party has commended achievements attained by the current government of respecting Rwandan wishes including members of PL in the process of constitutional reform.
PL has specifically requested its members and Rwandans to vote in favor of the upcoming constitutional referendum based on their rights granted in by laws.
PL is one of the legally registered political parties in Rwanda.
