{{Dozens of people have this morning died after a Bus (coaster) collided with a commuter taxi in Gatsibo district in Eastern Province.}}
According to eye witnesses, the accident occured at Nyagashenyi, Ndatemwa Cell in Kiziguro sector at about 7AM.
The eye witnesses told IGIHE that a dog was crossing the road and the Bus driver attempted to dodge it but incidentally crashed into an approaching commuter Taxi.
The coaster bus belonging to Excel transport company was on its way from Gatisbo to Kigali and the commuter taxi was enroute from Kigali to Gatsibo.
Terrified residents rushed to scene to retrieve passenger bodies.
Three people are said to have survived the accident.
Others seriously Injured were airlifted by helicopter to recieve emergency medical attention in Kigali.
