High festivities of this happy event took place at The Manor Hotel which is located in Nyarutarama.
Delila and her husband have decided to formally tie the knot in front of their parents, witnesses and guests.
Dalila Uwera was declared Miss Rwanda December 17, 1993 while she was a student at the IFAK (Institute of Apostolic Formation of Kimihurura) with a price of 50,000 Frw.
The beauty competition began in Rwanda in 1992. It was resumed in 2009 with Miss Grace Bahati who is currently living in the USA then in 2012 with Aurore Umutesi Kayibanda.
