Natacha Butera ({pictured above}) was shot in the chest and arm but didnt died and has since been recieving medical treatment.
The shooting incident happened in Iowa State in Sioux City.
Soloman Harris, 24, was charged with assault while participating in a felony, willful injury, intimidation with a dangerous weapon and reckless use of a firearm with serious injury.
