The UK Foreign Secretary William Hague and UNHCR Special Envoy Angelina Jolie have placed a wreth of flowers at the Kigali genocide memorial site in honour of the victims of the 1994 genocide against ethnic Tutsi.
Over a Million lives were lost during the Genocide.
Hague and Jolie did not make any comments to the press while at the site.
