Education Minister Vincent Biruta said during the official opening of the second edition of TVET exposition that is running from 1-6th November.
“As indicated in vision 2020 and EDPRS, our Government development policies focus on social economic transformation to uplift our citizens from poverty.”
“For us to be able to achieve that goal, we need to uplift our education standards from primary to higher level education especially TVET”. Minister Biruta said.
The objectives of this TVET Expo is to upgrade the entrepreneurial potential, turning technical skills into business as well as promoting productivity improvement through TVET.
