A delegation of 12 students and professors from Villanova University, Philadelphia in Pennsylvania, USA on 2nd July 2013 visited the Ministry of Defence.
The students were briefed by the RDF Spokesperson, Brig Gen Joseph Nzabamwita on the “RDF: Ending the Genocide, Building the country and Peacekeeping Mission Abroad”. The students are on a month long study tour in Rwanda.
