The visit was aimed at witnessing the progress of US partnership with Rwanda Military Hospital.
Col Dr Ben Karenzi, Commandant of Rwanda Military Hospital said that the US Health Agencies provide support in HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, male circumcision program and human resources development. They also support in infrastructure development and medical equipment.
The visiting team toured the Hospital and witnessed different services. Ms Lapenn said that they were pleased by the RMH achievements towards offering good services to patients and pledged strengthened US cooperation.
