Twagiramungu the chairperson of the Rwanda Dreams Initiative (RDI) says he will arrive accompanied by another Rwandan opposition politician, Gérard Karangwa Semushi the Vice president of PDP-Imanzi political group.
PDP-Imanzi a political pressure group was established by Deo Mushaidi who is serving a prison sentence in Rwanda.
In March, 2003 in Brussels, the two politicians announced their intentions to return and practice politics on Rwanda soil saying they were tired of politics of ‘remote control’.

This week, the Twagiramungu called for another press conference to update journalists on the progress of his preparations to travel to Rwanda where he will engage in opposition politics.
