Valentin Ferron has won stage 4 after clocking 3 hours, 13 minutes, 47 seconds.
Eric Muhoza is the top performing Rwandan on the general classification emerging 28th followed by Jean Bosco Nsengimana (30) Eric Manizabayo (32), Shemu Nsengiyumva (36), Bernabe Gahemba (37), Samuel Mugisha (41) and Jean Eric Habimana (43).
Tour du Rwanda 2021 will continue on Thursday 6th May 2021 whereby racers will cover 149.3 kilometers from Nyagatare to Kigali.
Classified under UCI 2.1 category, the 13th edition of Tour du Rwanda attracted 15 teams that will ride eight stages from 2nd to 9th May 2021.
