{A delegation of military officers from Togo Armed Forces is in Rwanda for a one week working visit. The 10 officers led by Col Ouro-Bang’na Nassam arrived in the country on 9 February 2015.

The delegation was received at Zigama Credit and Savings Society (CSS) Headquarters in Remera, by the CEO, Brig Gen Albert Murasira along with the staff.
Col Ouro-Bang’na Nassam, said that they came to learn from the rich experience of ZIGAMA CSS as Togo has embarked on setting up a similar institution for the benefit of its Armed Forces.
