{Last weekend, Tigo Rwanda moved to its new Service Centre in Nyagatare delivering excellent services to the townspeople. As part of the telecommunications company’s plans to expand and ease access for its growing clientele, this modern and service-led store offers a wide range of digital solutions to more people. }
At the inauguration, Rene Bascope, Head of Corporate Services and Customer Operations at Tigo Rwanda explained that despite its size, the Nyagatare Service Centre became one of the most-visited.
This prompted Tigo to upgrade into a bigger and better store set right in the centre of Nyagatare business hub.
“The new Service Centre is twice the size of the former, with more counters and agents to give every visitor more enjoyable experiences.” He mentioned.
Commenting on the initiative, Tongai Maramba, Tigo Rwanda General Manager expressed: “Expanding our store reflects on how we highly value our loyal and ever demanding Nyagatare customers.
This aligns well with our commitment to continually improve the quality of services offered to customer’s country wide.”
Tigo now has thirteen Service Centres, with seven located upcountry in Rubavu town and Rubavu boarder, Musanze, Muhanga, Rusizi, Huye and Nyagatare while the rest are in the capital Kigali and its suburbs.
