Techno Brain, Africa’s leading IT Solutions, IT Education and Training and BPO/ IT Enabled Services provider; conducted a Seminar on various emerging technologies in the finance and insurance sector on November 14, 2013 at Hotel Mille Collines, Kigali, Rwanda.
This seminar was organized for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) segment including Banks, Insurance and Microfinance companies of Rwanda.
The main objective of the seminar was to build awareness in the industry about developing technology trends in the finance and insurance sector, and demonstrate how Techno Brain leverages these trends to offer a strong portfolio of solutions and services tailored for the sector.
Around 30 attendees from various banks, insurance & micro finance organizations attended this seminar. Experts from Techno Brain enlightened the audience about the following topics during the seminar: Banking and Insurance Strategy, Effective Customer Relationship Management, Reducing Operating Cost & Increasing Customer Value and Impact using Call Center Services
