{The Canadian immigration and emigration office last week decided to transfer Henri Jean-Claude Seyoboka suspected of genocide crimes in Rwanda, 1994.}
Seyoboka who was a soldier met immigration and emigration officers in Montréal of Canada and informed him about his transfer to Rwanda for trial.
He told one of Canada’s radios that he was surprised by the decision since the immigration and emigration offices should have informed him before.

The testimony revealed that he killed his wife and her two children during the 1994 genocide perpetrated against Tutsi.
