The cabinet was briefed on the COVID-19 test and vaccination ongoing across the country. It was noted that Rwanda was nearing one million vaccinations including frontline workers and the most vulnerable.
The cabinet was also updated on then recent ten-year Eurobond where the Government raised US$620 million at 5.5% interest rate.
