The Minister of Internal Security, by virtue of the Presidential decree that establishes Rwanda National Police, in its Articles 20, 58, 59 and 60, has also promoted 1650 Non-Commissioned Officers.
The full list of the promoted police officers can be accessed on the Rwanda National Police website (www.police.gov.rw) These promotions take immediate effect.
