The Minister said Sunday during a press conference that the outcome of the investigations showed there was no connection of the fire accidents and state enemies that aim at sabotaging the country’s security.
Mr. Harelimana said that some state enemies have been claiming responsibility of the fire incidents yet these were mere fire accidents.
Shortly after meeting members of the Press, plumes of dark smoke were seen rising above Kigali city skyline.
The fire is reported at a Kigali Industrial park located at Gikondo a drive away from Rwandex.
