{The ministry of Youth and ICT (MYICT) call upon young generation to involve in development activities and maximize opportunities the country holds to head Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).}
According to Rosemary Mbabazi, the permanent secretary in MYICT the youth has been given priority to put in place SDGs. She appeals on them to avoid drugs to counter deprival of great opportunities ahead of bad habits.
She motivated the youth to concentrate efforts in Technical Vocational Education and
Training (TVET) and commended leaving students to attend TVET training to increase knowledge to create their own their business.

Mugorewishyaka, resident of Nyanza, who started a business of sewing clothes, says that the old fashioned machine she hired capacitated her to buy a modern one.
Mugorewishyaka requested a bank loan which helped her to expand business that she can now earn ninety thousand Rwandan Francs per month.
Another young lady of Gisagara district requesting anonymity disclosed that she abandoned studies after becoming a single mother. As she says, she could not get soap easily because she was living in critical conditions. It ushered her to do fake jobs earning meager payment, a frustrating situation that resulted in the domination of suicide ideas on her mind.
She attests that running a small business has saved her life from misery.
Rwanda was selected to be the headquarter of SDGs for Africa during the inauguration of SDGs held in America on 24th September 2015.
MYICT believes the youth dominating number of Rwandan population will help to realize SDGs and commend to create own business, cooperating with financial institutions as well as maximizing opportunities the country brings to play their role in development.
