RwandAir has increased the frequency of flights to and from Libreville
effective October 28, 2012.
RwandAir will now have flights to Kigali four times a week and twice a week in Libreville.
RwandAir has also increased the frequency of its flights to destinations already served. A daily flight to Dubai will now be made as to Johannesburg.
The two cities mentioned above will be reachable with a short transit from and through Libreville.
“This is a significant step in the development of the air transport sector. To transit through Kigali is now an alternative for all African travelers, “said Mirenge John, CEO of RwandAir.
“We are the only airline operating directly between Libreville and Brazzaville. And more, we offer connections to various destinations in our network including Nairobi, Entebbe, Bujumbura, Johannesburg and Dubai, “said Shamim representing RwandAir in Gabon.
The objective of restructuring its operations, RwandAir has acquired this month two new Bombardier CRJ 900 NG in addition to the current staff of two B737-500, two B737-800 and Bombardier Dash 8.
