Rwanda slipped to the 134th position in the Coca Cola World FIFA rankings released on Wednesday.
According to the rankings, Uganda is currently ranked 84th in the world climbing two places from 86th in November despite collecting 428 points same as the last rankings.
Ivory Coast remains the highest ranked nation in Africa in 14th position with 995 points followed by Algeria (19th), Mali (25th), Ghana (30th) and continental champions Zambia (34th).
World and European Champions Spain remains top of the world rankings with Germany, Argentina, Italy and Columbia completing the top five.
