{Rwanda’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, Protais Mitali, who also last month resigned as the president of Liberal Party (PL) has fled after he was accused of embezzling Rwf 50 Million, sources told IGIHE. }
Reliable sources told this website that Mitali may have fled to European countries.
It is reportedly said that PL has written an official Letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with detail on how Mitali has embezzled Rwf 50 Million from the Party that he was a President.
On 23rd March 2015, MINAFFET summoned him to come and give clarifications on that issue.
He was expected to arrive in Rwanda on this Saturday, 4th April following MINAFFET’s summons.
