Rwanda’s Biziyaremye Joseph emerged in winner at the Mosango-Kenge circuit of over 140KM.
A French national Clain Médéric emerged in second position and another Rwandan Emile Bintunimana took the third position.
The Team Rwanda trainer Boyer Jonathan said the Rwandan side is aiming at seizing “maillot jaune” from a French cyclist.
Rwanda team is currently leading in all teams participating in the competition.
