Officials of Bugarama Cement Factory or CIMERWA have been urged to multiply Factory’s production by sixfold , from 100 tons of cement to 600 tons.
It is expected that this performance will meet the demand of local and regional market and reduce the cost of cement.
President Paul Kagame made the remarks after he had laid the foundation stone of the extension works of the cement industry located in Bugarama of Rusizi District.
