Rwanda and Turkish Businesspeople hold 3rd annual dialogue and amity dinner

{Rwanda active businessmen association has brought together the leaders, bank representatives, ambassadors and investments firms as well as the government officials on the occasion of the 3rd annual dialogue and amity dinner}

The dinner served to discuss about the need for dialogue between Rwandan and Turkish communities in sense of doing business, a ceremony to express the appreciation of Rwaba’sto the counterpart organizations such as Minicom, RDB and PSF and to lounge the membership facility for Rwandan businesspeople.

The gathering started at with registering at the gate, a photo session which was a gesture of the association to invitees that at the end of the program they were distributed.

The event started with welcoming remarks by the secretary general Mr. Adem Sanliturk followed by a photo presentation of Rwaba and the main sponsor of the program Hope Academy Rwanda.

Rwaba’s chief has highlighted the importance of the event that enabled two communities to know each other at the best level and updated the public about the businesses have been operational between two countries.

‘The idea of establishing the firm in Rwanda came into existence after the visit of H.E the President Paul Kagame’s visit to Turkey on a business mission with group of business leaders from Rwanda’ said the chief of Rwaba Mr. Adem Sanliturk

‘Rwaba so far has been playing a key role establishing a bridge between two countries and managed to bring 14 Turkish companies to Rwanda in Construction, Mining, Agriculture, Infrastructure, education, tourism, textile, Food and Cleaning Products and Constructional materials’ said the secretary general.

Later in the presentation the secretary general has also mentioned the motivating factors of rwaba that always keep it vibrant and dynamic he added that ‘Rwaba as a private non -profit and volunteer initiative encourages its team and its member to put effort to fight against common social problems of the society and name them as poverty ignorance and disunity.

It is therefore Rwaba continues to generate projects in order to eradicate these challenges. As a result there is an international school has been built by Turkish investors and the firm called hope academy Rwanda operational under Reca Ltd Education

The event later continued with presenting recognition awards of Joseph Mugisha Chairman Fair construction and Alloys Mutabingwa the former deputy secretary general East African Community for their leadership to realizations of Rwaba’s in which they contributed with their respected ideas and encourage rwaba to be voice of Rwandan business people in the world.

The chairman of PSF has been also given a recognition award for his leadership to business community of Rwanda and being a partner organization and for their guidance to Rwaba since its inception.

The event later on ended with the closing remarks of Mr. Alloys Mutabingwa who is a member of advisory board of Rwaba.
