{Rwanda Air has banned the transportation of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on its flights.}
“In light of recent incidents and concerns raised by Samsung about its Galaxy Note 7 devices, we have banned the transportation of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 mobile phones as Cargo aboard our flights. Passengers are strongly advised to ensure that no mobile phone is used during flight and not to stow in an y checked baggage,” reads part of the statement released by Rwanda Air.
“ On the A330 aircraft equipped with connectivity services, passengers who are in possession of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 mobile phones are advised not to turn the devices on board the aircraft and not to stow them in any baggage,” adds the statement.
The move follows the recent decision of South Korea-based Samsung company to recall Galaxy Note 7 from circulation.
