Rusagara’s wife passes on

{The wife of Rtd Brig Gen Frank Rusagara, Christine Rusagara has died. She was in England hospital where she was getting medical attention. }

IGIHE has learnt Christine who was suffering from cancer has been getting medical assistance for long in England where she has died today.

Christine was the mother of five children including three boys and two girls.

Her husband , Rtd Brig Gen Frank Rusagara was a senior officer in Rwanda Defense Forces before retirement. He is currently serving a 20-year sentence having been found guilty of tarnishing the reputation of the country.
