RPF members urged on livelihoods transformation

Members of Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) political party in Nyamasheke and Rusizi districts have been urged to strive for transformation of livelihoods by mobilizing them to engage in development activities.

The call was made by commissioner in charge of fighting against genocide in FPR, honorable Mwiza Espérance yesterday in a one day training of trainers to help in the mobilization and implementation of government policies in Nyamasheke and Rusizi universities and high schools.

“I request you to become agents of transformation of Rwandans’ livelihoods. Feel like a teacher wherever you are so that citizens emulate your deeds. Let’s translate words into actions since we are the ones to enjoy the harvest,” she said.

The trainees drawn from Rusizi International University, University of Rwanda Rusizi branch and Kibogora Polytechnic, pledged to put in practice what they acquired and share with students in their schools.

“We have acquired knowledge on a number of issues including how to draw a proper budget plan. We will share with others,” said Sibomana Providence, a lecturer from Kibogora University.

The representative of FPR in Rusizi district, Frédéric Harerimana said that such trainings will capacitate individuals to move fast the country’s development through organizing talks with youth in the district.
