FPR Inkotanyi headquarters’ construction will take two years and will cover an area 11.1 htrs.
The president noted that the strangeness of FPR is quite clear.
“We start this activity late because we have been focused on important things. This one is also vital but we did not start with this because we had more important things than this,” He said.
In his address to the people who attended this event, Kagame said that all Rwandans will have access to the facility.
“Rwandans you are welcome but everyone will pay some fees because you have an issue to help our country and ourselves.” Kagame said.
The proposed FPR Inkotanyi headquarters will cost between Frw6.5Bn – Frw11Bn .
Real Contractors construction firm will handle the construction work at the site.
