Regional Leaders in Kampala for ICGLR Summit

{{Regional leaders are arriving in Uganda’s capital Kampala to attend the 5th Summit of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) seeking solutions to end DRC crisis.}}

However, unconfirmed reports indicate that President Paul Kagame of Rwanda will not attend the summit expected to be held at Speke Resort Munyonyo in Kampala.

Local press in Uganda reports that Presidents Joseph Kabila (DRC),Jakaya Kikwete(Tanzania) Mwai Kibaki (Kenya) have already arrived in Kampala for the meeting.

This summit follows a similar one held in early August to discuss the DRC crisis.
