RDB Introduces Suggestion Boxes

{{Rwanda Development Board has launched suggestion boxes as a way of allowing customers to leave their opinions about services rendered in Rwanda Hotels.}}

Rica Rwigamba, in charge of Rwanda Tourism and Conservation at the RDB noted that the move is in line with improving customer care services.

She added that currently, 31 boxes have put in place especially in Rubavu, Musanze and Kigali.

In addition, RDB in partnership with the private sector have developed a set of tools to address poor customer service including the Service Toolkit and Customer Care Handbook.

As part of this campaign, these tools will be customized to meet to the needs of the hotel industry.
