In October rumors started being scattered that they have fallen in love.
That time Safi Nibikora cleared rumors saying they knew each other when they were in a Concert held Belgium.
He said “I am not in love with that girl; I met her in party when we went performing in Belgium’.
{{Since this February Umutesi Parfine is in Rwanda and hooking up mostly with Safi.}}
It is against this background that people say he found a new lover who is going to replace Butera Knowless.
Safi and Parfine were seen in one party together during Miss Rwanda event 2015 at Serena Hotel where they got in together and sat together talking.
Speaking to IGIHE Safi denied being in love with Parfine. He said,” We are friends not lovers”. He added that when he will find a lover, he will let people know what will be going on.
