Gregory Biniowsk is a lawyer from Canada who has been operating and living in Canada for 20 years.
He is experienced in international investment and business in Cuba where he worked to support Non-Governmental Organizations and Cuba donors in past years. He worked with UN in rural development projects of Cuba.
He is a veteran politician, lawyer and has businesses in Cuba.
President Paul Kagame has via his twitter account shared that he is organizing a visit to Cuba after 29 or 30 years without visiting the country.
Cuba has an advanced health sector and has specialist doctors in Rwanda.
Strengthening bilateral cooperation can contribute more to the development of Rwandan health sector which still faces challenges of inadequate experienced doctors.
