{President Paul Kagame has received Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, African Union Commission Chairperson who has received a briefing about preparations of the 27th AU Summit of heads of states.}
The summit will be held in Kigali from July 10th to 18th 2016 where Rwanda expects to host between 3500 and 4000 guests and 54 heads of states.
After holding exclusive talks with President Paul Kagame today, Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma has told the press that they will be in Rwanda in three weeks ahead to start activities of the summit.
“We had an opportunity of touring prepared infrastructures including hotels, places of meetings and we are happy that we will be safe during our sojourn here,” she said.
“The place where the summit will be held is well prepared. We are delighted and the delegation of African Union will come at the end of this month assessing needed items in the meeting. That is why we are here and we have got a chance to talk to the president of the republic of Rwanda as the host of the summit. We have held important talks regarding the upcoming summit,” she added.
