President Kagame receives acting FIFA president

{ President Paul Kagame yesterday received the acting president of FIFA and president of Confederation of African Football, Issa Hayatou who is in Rwanda to attend African Nations’ Championship (CHAN) that started yesterday.
}

Issa Hayatou was appointed the acting president of FIFA after that the former Sepp Blater was suspended over bribery related crimes.

It is not the first time, Issa Hayatou visits Rwanda. In 2014 he joined Rwandans to the 20th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide perpetrated against.

Issa Hayatou is one of the many prominent football administrators attending the 2016 African Nations’ Championship which will end on 7th February, 2016.

The prince of Jordanie, Ali bin Al Hussein and Gianni Infantino who are competing for FIFA leadership and Salman Bin Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, the President of Asia Football Federation are among other celebrities attending CHAN in Rwanda.
