President Kagame meets Belgian Development Cooperation Minister

{{The Belgian Minister for Public Enterprises and Development Cooperation, Jean-Pascal Labill has met with President Paul Kagame at Village Urugwiro.}}

Discussions between the two focused on strengthening of bilateral ties, including the importance of Belgian supported projects in the country.

Earlier, the Belgian Minister signed a Frw 13 billion agreement with the Ministry of Finance to support various projects, especially in the health sector.
