{President Paul Kagame has arrived in Kenya where he will address the Nation Media Group Governor’s Summit which takes place on Monday 20th Jan 2014.}
Governors will use the summit that opens on Monday in Naivasha as an opportunity to measure the progress of devolution and learn from other countries with a similar form of government.
A good number of the county bosses arrived at the Great Rift Valley Lodge last evening for the two-day summit hosted by the Nation Media Group.
Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame is the chief guest and will be the keynote speaker during a session on leadership.
Another key speaker is the Slovak Republic’s ambassador to Kenya Dr Michal Mlynar, who will speak at a session dubbed “Making Devolution Work.”
