{President Paul Kagame is in United Arab Emirates attending the 4th World Government Summit in which he is expected to give a talk on how Rwanda has employed home-grown solutions to addressing Rwandans’ challenges. }
The summit that opens today will President Kagame explaining how Rwandans have been extricated out of poverty using holistic approaches.
In the same summit US President Barrack Obama will deliver a speech through a tele-facility.
About 3000 participants from 100 countries including Rwanda are expected to attend the summit that will last three days, focusing on; health, education, environment, urbanization and energies friendly to the environment.
The president of World Bank, Jim Yong Kim will also attend and deliver a speech.
