{{President Kagame began a two day visit in Musanze where he has officiated at the graduation of the first class of the RDF Command and Staff College.}}
He also visited the National Police College.
Inaugurated by President Kagame on 23 July 2012, the Command and Staff Colllege is the first of its kind to be established in Rwanda and offers courses in Military studies including land operations, intelligence, air operations, stability operations, peace support operations, military history, international relations and conflict management.
The President officiated at the graduation ceremony of the first 45 Command and Staff College graduands.
Prior to officiating the graduation, the National Police College will welcomed President Kagame for the unveiling of the National Police College Monument as well as a tour of the facility that is currently training police officers from 12 African countries including Ghana, Zambia, Ethiopia, Somalia, Djibouti, Sudan, South Sudan, Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda.
The Head of state ended the first day of his visit with an interactive session with the local opinion leaders from sectors including the private sector, public service and religious institutions.
President Kagame will end his two day visit on Tuesday with an interactive meeting with thousands of Musanze residents.
