President Paul Kagame has today joined residents of Kanyinya sector in the monthly community work-Umuganda.
Kagame together with the residents engaged in digging up an area through which under ground water pipes will be connected to improve water supply network within the area.
The President urged residents to take care of such new infrastructure that will promote development.
He said under Umuganda people work together and that this benefits everyone, and that it should become a culture.
The Head of state urged residents to change their attitudes saying, “electricity, water and other infrastructure should base on positive attitude of the people to achieve great results”.
