The suspects currently at large allegedly committed the offences between February and March in Kigali.
Jean Marie Ndushabandi, the Spokesperson Traffic and Road Safety was quoted by local newspaper saying, “The motorists disappeared with their motorcycles but we recorded their number plates so Police is working together with their cooperatives to trace them,” he said, urging the wanted suspects to hand themselves in .
Ndushabandi warned that evading the police, they may cause their driving licences to be annulled under the 1987 law against traffic offenders.
