Innocent Niyibizi from Kirehe district was arrested with 4Kg of marijuana.
Nshimiyimana from Nyamasheke District was arrested with 250 gram of marijuana . Aloys Muhizi was caught with 300 pallets.
Other suspects were caught selling a local gin commonly known as Igikwangari. Renzaho from Bugesera District was arrested with 400 lilters of local brew.
The Eastern Region Police spokesperson, SP Emmanuel Karuranga said that many arrests were successful because of the support of the residents.
