{Dr. Francois Xavier Ngarambe formally presented his credentials as Ambassador to the Holy See with residence in Geneva to His Holiness Pope Francis yesterday at a ceremony which took place at the Vatican in the Clementine Hall of the Apostolic Palace along with twelve other Ambassadors. }

Ambassador Dr. Ngarambe is also Permanent Representative of Rwanda to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva and Ambassador to Switzerland.
Pope Francis welcomed the new Ambassadors saying “I warmly welcome you and hope that every time you enter this house that you feel at home. I extend our welcome and respect for you and for your peoples and the heads of your governments. I greet you and wish your work to be fruitful, to be fertile. ‘’
