{Akon, one the famous American Artists has rocked Goma on Sunday, 21st Sept, as the world was celebrating the International Peace Day whose theme is the “Right of Peoples to Peace”.}
The concert was organized by “Peace One Day” with the support of MONUSCO.
Congolese and foreign music stars, including Akon, have been there since Friday.
On Saturday, more than 150 young people from Gisenyi, Rwanda and the DRC met in Goma to discuss “Cross-border peace,” to facilitate coexistence and reconciliation of both Countries.
