This was revealed earlier this week after the tour that District officials conducted in different parts of the District.
Residents of Nyagisozi Sector said since introduction of performance contracts; their livelihoods changed adding that development infrastructures within the sector are commendable.
The assessment tour looked at Social development among residents, economic performance and Good governance programs.
The district health department has been distributing mosquito nets in all sectors and those who have been infected with HIV virus have been advised to form cooperatives in which drugs and other assistance could have a better distribution channel.
It was noted that in education sector, all children attend primary school level and no one is left aside.
Kambayire Appoline, the vice Mayor of Economic and development in Nyanza District said that all achievements were due to the commitments that local leaders put in daily activities.
She added that local leaders sign performance contracts showing what they will achieve within a given period.
