Dr.Habumuremyi made the remarks at while officially closing TVET Expo at Gikondo Expo Ground, Kicukiro District of the Kigali City.
He asked Rwandans to change their mindset and enroll their children into technical and vocational schools to generate employment.
The Premier called private sector and other stakeholders for support and partnership to strengthen and transform TVET taking into account the regional market.
This 2012 TVET Expo attracted about 250 exhibitors from ICT, Technical manufacturing, Arts and craft, agriculture, beauty and esthetics, renewable energy and water management and many more domains.
