The Bus is said to have been speeding from Kigali enroute to Rusizi district when it failed to negotiate a sharp bend and instantly rolling off the road.
About 31 passengers were on board the KBS bus. The accident happened near the Genocide memorial cite at Kamonyi district.
The dead was identified as Kwizera David.
