The police spokesperson in Eastern province, IP Emmanuel Kayigi has confirmed to IGIHE that Maniriho Christian was shot by unidentified gunmen.
IP Kayigi has said that investigations into the murder started adding that local leaders and security personnel are going to hold an impromptu security meeting to discuss the issue.
